Creating my list of labels

I am trying to familiar with some of the features of blogging..... such as Creating labels. 

New to the world of "blogging"!

To start I would like to say "I am clueless to blogging"!  So for anyone who stops by please excuse the little "mess ups" along the way.... I welcome any suggestions for improvement.
